People should take some responsibility for solving problems in their own communities. The citizens could come together and work as a team to develop solutions and fix many problems. Most of the citizens rely ont the government to fix the problems within their society. If one person opened their own busniess and it expanded nationally that would solve some of the job loss. Some of the money citizens pay in taxes wasted on pay raises for government officials and welfare programs. This money could be better spent on schools, roads and jobs.
